Reinstall of Operating System...........$65
We'll wipe your damaged hard drive and reinstall OS on laptops, desktops PCs or Macs. This service includes Mac software updates, Windows patches, updates, drivers, etc. Re-installs do not include any previously installed software unless supplied by customer.
Backup and Restore Data.........$50
Backup data from problematic installation and restore to new installation of operating system. This does not include re-installing applications (i.e. Microsoft Office, iTunes, etc.
Diagnostic - First Hour of Labor.......$50
Diagnose computer for hardware or software problems. Applies to first hour of labor. Diagnostic scan of Virus / Malware / Spyware. Does not include repair. If you choose to repair, the $50 will go towards the repair cost. Each hour after that will go towards the repair cost. Each hour after that will cost the hourly rate of $65
Virus Removal.......$50
Computer is scanned using Virus / Malware / Spyware software and any threats are secured and removed.
Hard Drive, Memory or component installation.....$20
Remove / Upgrade either of these components in either laptops or desktops.
